• Digital products: Available immediately after purchase via email or customer account.

• Physical products: Dispatched within 5-7 days via standard shipping.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or incorrect delivery information.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Digital products: As per UK law, digital products are non-refundable once download/access has begun unless faulty.

• Physical products: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused and in original condition.
