Welcome to custardtime.com. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

September Early Booking Offer

The SEPTSAVE promotional code gives £5 off the first month of a new Custard Time Academy booking made on or before 31 August 2026.

The offer is limited to one use per customer, applies to the first month only, and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount. The code must be entered at the time of booking and has no cash alternative.

Academy places may still be booked after 31 August 2026, subject to availability, but the SEPTSAVE discount will no longer apply.

2. Products and Services

We provide music education products, including digital downloads and physical materials. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched or downloaded.

4. Delivery

• Digital products: Available immediately after purchase via email or customer account.

​​

• Physical products: Dispatched within 5-7 days via standard shipping.

​​

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or incorrect delivery information.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, products are non-refundable once access or download has begun, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

​​

• Physical Products: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

​​

• 30-Day Custard Guarantee: In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on physical products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right, including offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds apply to the cost of the product. Shipping costs are not included unless required by law.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including music, text, graphics, and downloads, is the property of custardtime.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of data, profit, or revenue, arising from use of our website or products.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Custard Time Academy and Google Classroom

Custard Time Academy uses Google Classroom to provide enrolled families with access to class information, lesson resources, worksheets, catch-up recordings and links to live online lessons.

​

A Google Account that can access Google Classroom is required to use these features. The email address does not have to be a Gmail address, but it must be linked to a compatible Google Account.

​

For safeguarding and access-control purposes, the Google Account used to access Custard Time Academy's Google Classroom must belong to a parent, guardian or other responsible adult. We do not accept children's or students' email accounts for Google Classroom access.

​

When booking an Academy class, the parent, guardian or responsible adult must provide the email address of the adult Google Account that will be used for Google Classroom access. This may be different from the email address used to make the booking.

​

The adult account holder is responsible for their child's use of Google Classroom and for allowing and supervising their child's access to live classes, recordings and learning resources.

​

Access to each Google Classroom is provided only to families with an active subscription to the relevant Custard Time Academy class. Classroom access, links, resources and recordings must not be shared with anyone outside the subscribing household.

​

Access to the relevant Google Classroom and its resources may be removed when the associated Academy subscription ends.

​

Parents, guardians and responsible adults are responsible for ensuring that they have a suitable device, internet connection and compatible Google Account to access Google Classroom and the live online lessons.

​

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
